Chim-pan-zee

Day: Two Hundred and Sixty Three

Photo taken on Thursday, April 21, 2011 in LaGuardia Airport's US Airways terminal at 1028pm. (Pictured: Me, Charlie, and Steve. We are doing Charlie's infamous monkey face...as well as the accompanying sounds that monkeys make.)

Our flight down to Richmond keeps getting pushed back for unknown reasons but we make the best of it by grabbing dinner at the Blue Point Bar & Grill before coming here and parking in the wrong more expensive lot, moving to the less expensive (but still expensive) lot, and getting through security which only consists of us and two TSA agents. Charlie has not flown in awhile so he goes to just walk through the metal detector with shoes on and everything still lining his pockets. I call out to him, scold him, and tell him what to do which one of the agents finds hilarious and asks if they want me detained so they can travel without me. The boys then proceed to leave me with ALL the bags so they can joke around with the agent as I'm fumbling to get everything on the belt, then off it, then back in order. What chivalry.
