Chef Steve continues his cooking spree this week with his own version of meatloaf. I am a lover of loaves that happen to be meat and Moma makes one of the best I have ever tasted. It is loaded with mozzarella and goodness. Steve is determined to make one that rivals my mother's so this time he uses my only weakness to try and out-do her:
Buffalo sauce.
