Photo taken on Friday, August 27, 2010 in the Great Neck Waldbaum's shopping center parking lot at 645pm.Steve wanted to title this piece "Kate Must Wait" because I usually beat him to our meeting spot every time we work with the Twins on Friday nights. Sometimes he keeps me waiting awhile and on days it rains I seek shelter in the drug store until he drives up. On nice days like these I stand in the usual spot on the curb and sing out loud to random songs on my iPod which I'm sure all of the shoppers enjoy greatly. Today they are treated to The Parting Glass by The High Kings, not once, not twice, but three times. Lucky ducks.
